This will help us to determine your key challenges and where you need to position your business. We will assess competitors and the needs of you customers to understand your material issues.
The final output will be a gap analysis of where you and where we think you need to be.

Net zero
The net zero phase is designed to collate all the necessary data to understand your current emissions and baseline.
Where are your current hotspots and what plans can you put in place to work toward net zero?
We will provide you with a checklist of information we require to build a full view of your current emissions and baselines.
This will help us to build out a short, medium and long term plan for you, underpinned by long term net zero commitments.
We can also discuss with you and explain any further reporting requirements and commitments you may want explore (eg science based targets)
The final output will be a net zero roadmap and guidance on immediate next steps.

The strategy phase is designed to pull all the insights and net zero information together to produce a robust action plan to get you to where you need to be.
We will help you to start the journey to embed a sustainable culture and future for your business.
The final output will be a full strategy, governance structure, reporting mechanisms, suggested new data collation, short, medium, long term goals and a 12 month action plan rebranded in your company look and feel

Upskilling
The upskilling phase is designed to ensure all senior members of the team and anyone involved in the operational delivery of net zero is empowered through the correct knowledge to succeed.
We will help you to understand who needs upskilling and their part to play in achieving your goals.
There are options to choose from depending on the size and make up of your business.
